We collect only what we need to place you in the right clubs and keep members safe.

What we collect

When you join: your name, email, optional phone number, age, city and neighbourhood, clubs and levels, availability, languages, education level, profession and experience, volunteering preferences, and how you heard about us. If you join the Faith and Religion Club or the Mental Health and Wellbeing Club, we keep that choice with your separate consent.

How we use it

To group you with members in your city and at your level, to organise meet-ups and volunteer roles, to contact you about your clubs, and to understand which clubs to grow. We only send news if you ask us to.

Who sees it

Your details are never shown publicly. Pages only show how many people have joined a chapter, never who. Hosts and coordinators in your city see what they need to run your clubs. We don't sell your information.

Where it's kept

Data is stored securely with Cloudflare. Our sign-up form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time through our contact form. You can withdraw consent for faith or wellbeing club data, and we'll remove you from those clubs.
