Code of conduct

Clubs only work when everyone feels safe and welcome. Every member, host and volunteer agrees to these rules.

Respect everyone

Treat every member with respect, whatever their background, faith, ability, age, gender or level. No harassment, bullying, hate speech or discrimination, in person or online.

Faith circles

Each faith circle is a space for its own members. At interfaith evenings, we listen and ask questions in good faith. Recruiting people away from their faith, or mocking anyone's beliefs, is not allowed.

Wellbeing circles

What's shared in a wellbeing circle stays in the circle. Peer supporters listen and point to professional help; they do not diagnose or treat.

Safety at meet-ups

Every meet-up has a named host. Meet in public places for first sessions. Hosts brief the group on routes, kit and emergency plans for physical activities. Don't take part beyond your fitness or health, and tell the host about anything they should know.

No selling or scams

Don't use the club to sell, recruit for schemes or collect money for yourself. Fashion and modelling members: the club never charges for portfolio shoots or promises agency contracts. Investing members: nothing shared in the club is financial advice.

Photos and privacy

Ask before you photograph people, and respect anyone who doesn't want to be in pictures. Never share another member's contact details without permission.

Adults only

Members must be 18 or older. Children can attend Parents and Families Club meet-ups with their parent or guardian, who stays responsible for them.

Reporting a concern

If something goes wrong or someone makes you uncomfortable, tell your host or report it to us. We take every report seriously and may remove people who break these rules.
