Mental Health and Wellbeing Club in Polokwane
Peer support circles, wellbeing walks and stress workshops.
The Polokwane chapter is forming
Members' choices in this club stay private until the chapter is bigger. The first meet-up is set once 10 founding members and a host sign up.
Hosts plan the meet-ups and greet new members. You can offer to host when you join.
A friendly place to talk and look after your wellbeing. Peer support circles, wellbeing walks and workshops are led by trained facilitators. This club offers peer support, not therapy or crisis care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
