Running Club in Ado-Ekiti
Weekly group runs, park runs and race-day crews for every pace.
The Ado-Ekiti chapter is forming
Nobody has joined yet, so you could be first. The first meet-up is set once 10 founding members and a host sign up.
No host yet. Hosts plan the meet-ups and greet new members.
Run with people who live near you. Runs are split into pace groups, so nobody gets left behind and nobody gets bored, whether you're training for a first 5 km or a marathon.
What Ado-Ekiti members do
- Weekday evening group runs with pace groups
- Saturday long runs and park runs
- Couch to 5 km programme for new runners
- Race-day meet-ups and carpools
- Track sessions with experienced members
Your first meet-up
- Someone meets you. A welcome buddy greets first-timers and makes introductions.
- Pick your level. Groups are split by experience so you're never out of your depth.
- What to bring. Water, comfortable kit and the right shoes. Hosts tell you if you need equipment, and most clubs have spares for first sessions.
- Safe and friendly. Every meet-up has a named host and follows our code of conduct.
