The Depok chapter is forming

Nobody has joined yet, so you could be first. The first meet-up is set once 10 founding members and a host sign up.

No host yet. Hosts plan the meet-ups and greet new members.

Read more and talk about it. Each chapter picks a book every month and can split into smaller groups for fiction, non-fiction, crime, science fiction, poetry, books in translation and more.

What Depok members do

  • Monthly book of the month meet-ups
  • Genre groups
  • Author talks and readings
  • Book swaps
  • Silent reading evenings

Join the Depok chapter About the Book Club

Your first meet-up

  • Someone meets you. A welcome buddy greets first-timers and makes introductions.
  • Pick your level. Groups are split by experience so you're never out of your depth.
  • What to bring. Curiosity. Bring a notebook or laptop if the session is a workshop.
  • Safe and friendly. Every meet-up has a named host and follows our code of conduct.
