How to test new ideas without risking public trust
Public Service Club in Goma
Public servants sharing what works in service delivery, policy and careers.
The Goma chapter is forming
Nobody has joined yet, so you could be first. The first meet-up is set once 10 founding members and a host sign up.
No host yet. Hosts plan the meet-ups and greet new members.
A professional community for civil servants, municipal staff and public sector professionals in your city. Meet peers outside work, find mentors, share opportunities and keep learning. Members can also give back to their city, for example through help desks that guide residents through public services.
What Goma members do
- Monthly professional meet-ups
- Mentoring between senior and junior members
- Talks on changes in the profession
- Job and opportunity sharing
- Give-back days: help desks that guide residents through public services
Your first meet-up
- Someone meets you. A welcome buddy greets first-timers and makes introductions.
- Pick your level. Groups are split by experience so you're never out of your depth.
- What to bring. Business cards are optional. Come as you are, straight from work is fine.
- Safe and friendly. Every meet-up has a named host and follows our code of conduct.
