How to calculate water needs and treat sources on the trail
Hiking Club in Bahía Blanca
Day hikes, weekend trails and mountain trips with experienced leaders.
The Bahía Blanca chapter is forming
Nobody has joined yet, so you could be first. The first meet-up is set once 10 founding members and a host sign up.
No host yet. Hosts plan the meet-ups and greet new members.
Get out of the city on foot. Every hike is graded so you know what to expect, and each group has a leader who knows the route. Start with easy morning walks and work up to multi-day trails.
What Bahía Blanca members do
- Graded Saturday and Sunday day hikes
- Sunrise and full-moon walks
- Multi-day trail and hut trips
- Navigation and map-reading workshops
- Shared transport to trailheads
Your first meet-up
- Someone meets you. A welcome buddy greets first-timers and makes introductions.
- Pick your level. Groups are split by experience so you're never out of your depth.
- What to bring. Water, sun protection, a snack and shoes with grip. The trip note lists anything extra.
- Safe and friendly. Every meet-up has a named host and follows our code of conduct.
